This book is a excellent read if you are completely clueless and don’t know what to do after a breakup, which I was. First time life dumped and according to this book I was doing everything ill-treat. Very quick read.

There re so many in-depth points that are made in this book. it’s a quick read, but it fills your psyche with so much information that you’ll have to highlight what applies to you or take notes. It’s simple for the person that you like to say or do things that will send you on an emotional roller coaster, so you’ll have to re-read some things to remind yourself to stay focussed and keep your mind focused on your personal goals and keeping your emotions in check. There isn’t an issue that goes unmentioned. You can be straight, bisexual, gay or lesbian and still be able to apply the principles of this book to your life. The appeal is universal, heart felt and spiritual. You can hear the author’s pain and sincerely in the accent of the book. You’ll certainly agree that you would’ve paid much more for this information than the asking price.
