Excellent storyline but too rushed,
I Don’t Remember You was certainly not what I expected. I’ve never read a book about gay/lesbian teens and I was glad that the opportunity came to me! To be honest I was a bit worried going into it, worried I wouldn’t like it or I would be uncomfortable with some things. But, Stephanie Lennox has a skillful technique to her writing that helped me know and not feel uncomfortable. I loved the tale and the characters were realistic, especially Jasmine.
Jasmine just went to a new town with her widowed father, mainly because of her `issue’ of life a lesbian. It’s not a problem for her, but additional public can’t seem to cope. Of course tiresome to live a somewhat normal life is much harder than she anticipated. When the bullying starts, but Jasmine finds shelter with Becca. Things go smoothly for a while, but as they be converted into better friends public reflect that they are a couple.
When Becca’s accident erases her memories Jasmine is ripped apart, but getting Becca to remember is the least of her worries. Becca’s mom has a vicious plot of action and it seems like getting back everything she once had is impossible.
I liked that I Don’t Remember You wasn’t concentrated on the bullying (though from the mom the bullying did play a huge role). I mean that it was all about their relationship and like and when you have that it doesn’t matter what additional public reflect. Although the characters and relationships were realistic, I felt like it was written too strongly. It was way too quick a pace, feeling a bit rushed. It would have been that much better if it had been at a slower pace.
Becca’s religious mother set a excellent example for how gay and lesbian individuals are treated. She’s anything but GOOD, she’s really horrendous and dreadful. Life that she is religious there are points brought up about life gay means you are a sinner and you’re not meant to live. They breathe and feel the same things as any additional and I reflect Lennox did a excellent job incorporating these issues.
Overall, I Don’t Remember You has tasteful romance and shocking truths. I loved conception it and I reflect it is a excellent read for anyone who’s looking for a contemporary tale about like, keeping strong, and finding your right self and meaning.

|Gorgeous and Inspiring,
I Don’t Remember you is a gorgeous novel. The summary of the book is fascinating itself, and conception it was no disappointment.
Stephanie Lennox knows how tell a tale, painting cinema vividly in my mind as I read each page. Right from the start, I don’t Remember you pulled me in, and did not let me go. No part of the book was dull, and it was well paced. I couldn’t help but root for main characters Jasmine Grant and Becca Jameson, whose like for one another seemed so strong and right, my heart broke when Becca got in the accident. The way both girls fought for their like was touching and inspiring. Stephanie Lennox described honest emotion that is relatable to anyone conception. She has a right gift for bringing up feelings and making you care about characters. Even after the last page, this gorgeous novel will stay with you.
