The combination of the author’s clinical background and spiritual approach are extremely effective. She offers the necessary tools to identify unhealthy relationship patterns and heal from emotional pain. This book will place forward you a clear perspective and a refreshing touch of religion. Learning what is and is not healthful in a relationship turned my life nearly. Not only does Mz Katz give us examples, but she gives us the steps and the tools to help get us out of the depths of despair and into a more normal and optomistic lifestyle.

For anyone who has or is dealing with what I like to refer to as “Like Addiction” or “Always falling in Like for the ill-treat reasons” this book is for you. In conception this book it made me really take a look at my like relationships and how I perceive them. I took a excellent hard look outside of “My Box” of what I thought was healthful, and in doing so I learned so much about not only myself but how unhealthy some of my relationships were and I have started a new journey and an entire new outlook at like. I have developed personally and spiritually from this book. I found peace in knowing that what I’m looking for is a healthful, pleased, nurturing relationship, not just for the benefit of myself but for the benefit of my relationship as a whole. I recommend this to ANYONE who may be questioning their like life or lack thereof. I’m much healthier now and look forward to like in a different light. Delight in the Book!
